PRS-T1 having 'The application content manager has stopped unexpectedly.'

for the last 2 days, when I turn on my reader, I've been getting 'The application content manager has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.' This happens right when the reader is loaded and into the home page. Now I can not even charge it nor connect it to the computer.

It stared when I was updating my reader with new boxes. But I always format memory before I re-load my new ebook collection. I usually transfer about 1,000 - 2,000.

I have tried to reset it with a pin. Restore defaults. I even tried to hard reset it but it won't work as once the reader loads into the homepage, that message pops up.

Please help, I'm dying here without my reader.
