after restoring ta backup camera not good

I have backup my ta partition and unlocked bootloader then I restored Ta partition backup but I afraid I lose bionz or camera performance.
Is this Ta partition backup all I need to restore my Xperia z1 when I bought it for first time and restore to factory settings or can be same files not restored when I unlocked bootloader
