PRS-505 No files seen on Memory Stock or SD card

Hi,

I've been having this strange bug. For some reason, no files are seen on either the SD or Memory Stick cards.

The cards themselves have folders and I can browse into them but they're empty!

It applies to songs, pictures as well as books.

I've tried deleting anything related to cache files, shutting down the device, upgraded to PRS+ 2.0.18 (I was running an old version of PRS+)

I noticed that when you insert the card, it will usually start a scan and the round arrow will appear. But since I've been having this issue, the scan does not appear to run...

Any ideas?
